Heal by Fire follows a pioneering study in Baltimore examining the effects of Agnihotra—an ancient Vedic fire practice—on mental health and well-being.
Through the experiences of participants, researchers, and practitioners, the film explores whether a ritual performed for thousands of years may offer unexpected insights into stress, resilience, and human flourishing.
Blending personal stories with scientific inquiry, Heal by Fire invites viewers into a compelling investigation at the intersection of ancient wisdom, modern research, and the search for healing.
